It's very difficult to be able to stream your screen to a computer. I used to use atek webcamera for the Mogul which worked fantastically for the built in webcam. It had support for streaming the screen as well, but the USB on the phone is never going to be able to throughput enough data where you can have great quality without lag or dropped frames. The version I had wasn't compatible with the TP's VGA resolution however.
