4th new touch pro and even though I am on town square
where verizon is the only game in town
the coverage is crap
two in a row with screens that died
same way both times
charging overnight
nothing running
phone hot
the 4th one lasted less than two months and was completely unabused, looks mint EXCEPT for.....
screen has square-ish psychedelic rainbow squirmy in it about 70 of the total screen size just like the 3rd one did
does not respond
next........ fifth on the way
this is getting old and they really need to supply these things with an automatic backup program installed that they approve and a case back that they approve that will sink and dissipate some of that damned heat of the cheap plastic framed price point junk
