No LCD screen is listed for the Titan, you might find a compatible one for it though. I've bought parts from them before, they're pretty good.
The process isn't too difficult if you're familiar with how phones are assembled. I went through it to replace my earpiece and that requires removal of the screen. You'll need a T-6 Torx screwdriver if I remember correctly, as well as a thin blade.
