"Set as wireless audio" is disabled for your earpiece because it does not support the bluetooth A2DP profile ...

It is still possible to route standard audio to your earpiece with one of the readily availble BlueTooth Audio Gateway Toggle programs ...

Do a search for "acbToggle" ... It's the only one I can think of at the moment.


Keep in mind that the bluetooth profiles and compression that your earpiece supports are not intended for anything other than voice... when music is routed to it the quality will be very low ...

If playing high quality stereo audio is important to you... you should research your next bluetooth purchase and be certain that it supports A2DP or "BlueTooth Stereo" (which is what many manufacturers are calling it on thier packaging).
