Need advice on write-protected files.

First post, so let me start by saying how impressed I've been by the talent displayed in these forums. I am constantly amazed by all of the contributors and information.

More to the point of this post...

I have Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile installed. When the install files were originally provided to me by my employer...I wasn't clear on which version I needed for my Mogul. So...the first two I installed bombed off as being incompatible:
  • Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile SP 2003SE
  • Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile PPC 2003SE
Finally, the version that did install and function correctly was Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile PPC 5.0

HOWEVER, the first two left orphan folders under: \Windows\AppMgr\ (each with a .dll file in them)

When I try to delete the orphan folders...it errors out saying they are write-protected. I know it's picky...but I'm a neat-freak and don't like left-overs!

How do I get rid of these?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
