I got it to work it the dwizzy put is not very good like he said, its really pixelated and you can hardly tell what your seeing..
BUT
I found another way thats more of a glitch it works great I just think setting it up maybe too much of a hassle to use regularly.. maybe you guys can help me figure out exactly how to get this goin.. I have a good idea but the instructions are vague...

I figured it out boys...
step 1. you need Ateksoft Webcamera Plus v2.0.0.7
step 2. no wallpaper on tf3d today
step 3. run Ateksoft Webcamera Plus v2.0.0.7 (make sure source is set
camera+ in menu)
step 4. (this is where it gets wierd) press start in Ateksoft Webcamera Plus
v2.0.0.7 then immediatly open start menu in windows and tap today,
bringing you back to today screen.
step 5. wait 5 sec
step 6. using start menu in windows launch Ateksoft Webcamera Plus v2.0.0.7
one more time (this may take a min or more before Ateksoft Webcamera Plus v2.0.0.7 launches, be patient and do not let ppc shut off)
step 7. once Ateksoft Webcamera Plus v2.0.0.7 launches simply click the home hard button on d-pad...presto, well works for me.
I believe you have to go into the options for camera plus and change the resolution to 640 x 480.. And follow the directions.. For me most of the time it either doesnt work or works only on 1/4 of the screen.. But I got full see thru background like 3 times, the effect even worked on titanium. It takes a few mins for it to turn on.. If anyone has any better Ideas let me know maybe someone could purposely exploit this glitch and work it into a theme....
Update..
So it seems once you switch the resolution to VGA, you hit start and than directly after go to the home screen while the load symbol is still up.. and in a minute or two it should turn see thru.. I believe you dont need to go in twice like the initial instructions suggest. The only problem is the background must be black. This glitch turns black into what the camera sees. So in opera, Ie6, or any program with the color black it will be the color of whats behind them.. and it seems like a battery hog. And changing orientation seems to disable it temporarily..
