Mobile Internet Explorer shortcuts
comes from CellNeuron. Simply install the attached .cab and
use Cody's rollback, then follow these shortcuts.
Only works on the rolled back IE, not IE6.
This is really good for toggling fullscreen with "F" since we don't have softkeys to jump in and out.
