It occurs to me that another meaning for "everytime I turn the BT on" could be that whenever you turn on the bluetooth radio on your phone you want it to connect with your DC800 when that device is in range (and turned on). This should happen automatically as long as you have previously paired the devices. To pair them, go to Settings, Communication, Bluetooth and tap Add New Device then follow the prompts from there.
