So I was able to load another sip keyboard just as a test i didnt install it correctly just testing it out. I used nues sip tool and it worked. It just wont work with the stock sip's that are suppose to be selectable. heres a screen shot. if you just want to load another keyboard of your choice and make it your default one then use nues sip tool that i posted earlier.
