Well checked that link, seems like a pretty cool phone, offers you profiles to use which is cool. Alot better then whats included in the htc home plugin of just "ring, vibrate, silent". If you goto the official website for that program though, you'll see that the latest version is $10. It's also on version 6.103 also, while the version you linked to was 4.5.1.
