I find it always looks at the last .nbh opened, not the one in the kitchen/rom folder you opened the program from...so make sure you are choosing the .nbh file in the correct directory.

hmmm interesting. i've never have it look for the wrong .nbh before. and i've been using winrar to open the archives, that could be an issue. seems like my phone hates 6.5. I tried flashing to GrooveRom4 like, 6 or 7 times and every time its a disaster. even after flashing to stock, and lots of hard resets. very wierd.
