I have not seen a cab file for it but you can use the oem and nuepackageinstaller to install it on your current rom. Do a search for nuepackageinstaller and you will find. I would post it but I am on a different computer. Once you have it just zip the oem for the fm radio and the lang oem for the radio and place them on your storage card. Open up nuepackageinstaller and then browse to them. This process is not reversible so make sure that is what you want to do. Hope this helps.
