HELP! How to Clear Enough Internal Memory for a Backup?

EDIT AGAIN: To solve my problems, I am trying to do a Restore with my Sprite Backup, but keep getting "not enough internal memory" error messages halfway through. I have deleted almost all my programs and still get the message. Is there a way to clear out whatever is hogging my memory so I can complete the backup?

Thanks BB

EDIT: So it appears Quick Menu has automatically installed itself! When running Sprite backup, I run out of memory, so I need to kill this program! How do I uninstall it? Someone recommended doing this with a task manager. Which free one kills .exe. files?

Thanks.

I have an HTC Touch. I decided to try Opera Mini. It froze, I rebooted and now there is an additional battery gauge at the top of my screen. The gauge shows 90% and a batteryt icon, right next to the standard battery icon.

Also, it has change my default calendar back to Outlook, even though I have AgendaOne as my default calendar. Also the screen dims after about 5 secs.

I tried Restoring through my Sprite backup, but this produces an error.
