Sounds like you want to create an OEM from a .cab file so you can cook it into your future roms? Try this thread, it's a great guide by rstoyguy on creating OEM's

You can also create OEM's from some kitchen's... like Calcu's (option #9 on main menu), the process will be the same as described in rstoyguy's thread though.
