everytime i try to download any type of file..or yet even delete a file off of my phone or even the storage card through file explorer, or any other method besides taking the card out...doesnt allow me to do it...from the internet i get a message stating

"this device is not allowed to download this file type"

any help is appreciated, glad i finally was able to remember my password to this forum i love to frequent...
