i synced my mogul to my friends laptop who has a treo, and poof went my phonebook. i tried syncing it back to my laptop but all it did was erase the rest my contacts. i had previous synced my phone with my laptop before i synced it with my friends laptop, is there anyway to retrieve it?

and on another note, whats the best way to save your contacts as a seperate file?
