Is there a way to have custom folders for themes and ringtones so that you dont have to put them all into "my documents" or "windows"?

I want to store my ringtones and themes on my storage card in their own folders, and so far no luck. I can put ringtones on my stroage card just fine, inside of the "My Documents" folder, however, themes have to be put onto the device in its my documents or windows folders and cannot be on a storage card.

Is there a registry setting or fix for this? Thanks!
