I have tried to use PIM for backup with my old 6700, but it was a no go.. now that I have the 6800, I've found through here back up programs and its always best to save the program through the sd card so it wont take up space.. Hope this helps out i've also attached this link for ppc cabs for you to download and use, very easy programs I use= xml contacts back up.. At
