I just installed a nice Custom Scroll app. that I saw in the XDA diamond forum. It has several presets and allows you to change how fast/long things scroll, as well as the touch pressure sensitivity. It's much easier than remembering all of the places in the registry to change these settings. I searched and didn't see it posted on ppcgeeks yet, so hopefully some of you will find it useful.
