I personally make a folder system and then put my programs into specific groups.

To set this up, use your file explorer
When you are at the top level "My Device"
Go into the folder named "Windows"
Then scroll down and click on the folder labeled "Start Menu"
Then the folder named "Programs"

Here is where all of your programs are located.
You can then click the menu softkey in the lower right of your screen...click "New Folder"...and name it whatever you want
After creating the new folder, go and highlight what ever program you plan on moving.
After it's highlighted, click the "menu" softkey again
Now click on "Edit" then "Cut"
Now go into the new folder you just made
Click the "Menu" softkey
Then "Edit" and "Paste" the program into the folder.

Now you can click the "Up" left softkey and highlight the next program file you want to move, or click the "Menu" softkey and create a new folder to put some different programs into.

I have five main folders

-Accessories
-Gaming
-Internet Related
-Media Related
-Productivity Related

all of which are filled with corresponding programs and subfolders.

I don't know if this will help you organize your Programs folder the way you want it or not, but if it does, don't forget to hit the "Thanks" button
