The first thing I'd do is not LOCK the device, leave LOCK:Enable and LOCKisable off, this way if your phone errors out, you can see what it's trying to show you
Second thing I see is that there are two cabs that are xxx.ARM.CAB, don't know if that would make a difference, maybe remove those and try, then see what happens.
Personally I rename all the cabs and leave out the spaces (that's just a personal preference thing though)
