I'll 3rd Total Commander, you can also use rescue explore. You can also use the stock file explore.
1) Select the file you want to move.
2) Right click on it and you can select "cut" or "copy"
3) Go to your storage card and select the folder you want to put it in.
4) Then right click and select "paste"
I have done this method alot and have had no problems running the programs off my storage card.
