Solved.. thank goodness! I was able/am in the process of recovering most if not all of the files. If anyone needs to do this for whatever reason, it was pretty painless (less the heartattack!). Just be sure to hook up the Diamond in Diskdrive mode so that it will be visible to the scanning processes.
