For your vibration issue.
I also dropped my phone on a wooden floor and noticed immediately after that it was still vibrating, but vibrating funny.. it sounded like something had been shaken up inside and so it wasn't a steady vibration but more like..
.. vibrating with a little ball shaking back and forth inside?? haha.. does that make sense..??
so yeah, I can see how dropping it would affect whether or not it is vibrating properly.
I have since then gotten a replacement and all vibrates like it should..
