I made this OEM for my personal use, but I thought I would share it with the ppcgeeks community. I used the HD manila file from Calkulin's as a base, so I know it works with his kitchen. I have also included the skin for the Alltel Comm Manager and a skin for francarl's finger menu

Note: the Alltel Manila HD and Alltel Comm Manger files are both OEM's. I don't know how to make a .cab, but if anyone wants to use the files to make one I'll be happy to put it up. Also for the Finger Menu files, just extract them to Program Files/Finger Menu and just replace the existing files with them.
