QCELP decoder for TCPMP?
Friends with old cell phones may send me videos in the old Sprint .3gp format, which uses QCELP audio. Windows Media Player understands this, but TCPMP does not. (Ironically, TCPMP understands .3g2 from other cell phones, whereas WMP does not.)
I tried the usually advised fix: to copy and rename wma9prodecoder.dll to wmadecoder.dll in the Windows folder, so that the file has 2 copies with 2 names. But I still get the QCELP error message on TCPMP.
