I use the KRZR car charger too, works fine.

What you may want to do is install a battery monitor utility that will show your charging current. I have compared the charging current of my OEM wall charger and my KRZR car charger and they are about the same. I use the battery monitor that came in the mighty rom, i would post a cab for you but I have no idea what it is, there's no info on it.
