Re: Screen cracked on ~3 months old Diamond, no TEP though, what should I do?

Replacing the screen shouldn't be too hard. I've done it on my apache and there's videos out there for the mogul. I don't know if anyone's posted a disassembly for the diamond. Just need to be careful when taking it apart. But yeah if your screen is still useable. I'd leave it. Sprint repair wanted to charge me $120 for replacing my apache screen. I got it off ebay new for under $30 shipped. Took about 3 weeks to get here, but it finally came last week and out came the T6 Torx wrench and #0-0 philips screwdriver. 1.5 hours later apache was good as new. I just hope you're comfortable with ribbon cables and such. They're delicate but not totally fragile. You just need to be careful. Don't just rip things apart and don't use too much force.
