Could be wrong, but I don't think that option exists. There are separate ROMs for different languages, with most of the ROMs on this site being WWE 0409. Also, being a CDMA device might make it more difficult to find a compatible prebuilt French ROM. If you're experienced using kitchens I'd imagine it's fairly simple to swap the language files though (never had the need to personally).
