This is weird. I installed some program a while back called google navigator and it left GNAgent.exe in the startup folder. Well, it wouldn't let me delete the file, so I renamed \Windows\StartUp to startupbackup then made a new directory called StartUp in \Windows, transfered the files I wanted to that new startup folder, reset, then went back and deleted startupbackup. Now my phone is much faster.

there was also a Google Navigator directory I deleted in the program files.


So if anyone has this file, and had uninstalled google navigator a long while ago, do what I did, and you might notice your phone is a little snappier.

Also, while I'm on the subject, I turned of clear type and that made my phone quicker as well lol.
