You haven't stated who you have your TP with. The top case is for the AT&T version called the Fuze (looks like it will also fit the European GSM versions). The bottom case is for the Sprint version. I actually tried that bottom case at best buy and I would strongly not recommend it. It's actually nice because you can still slide out the keyboard while it's on but the silicon is actually really low quality and is very thin. It does not fit very snugly and hangs limp around the sides. Even if you got one to fit when you buy it, it would probably be stretched out before 2 weeks is over. I still think the best form-fitting case I've run across is the Technocel from the Sprint store.

EDIT: Also the top one looks like it would disable use of the capacitive input area underneath the screen. F NO!
