Here is the Response I got.. "The MR fixes the known issue that is posted on HTC’s website related to internal storage not being recognized after a hard reset for Diamond. There are also some fixes for provisioning and UI. We don’t yet have it determined what devices will get 6.5 but agree that it would be cool if they were"
