I use Pocket Music since it's got a great design and functionality. It's a relatively old application, being back in the days of WM2003 but it has since been updated a bit and still works great - finger friendly design and even a winamp-like mode if you wish.
PocketPlayer from Conduits is also nice but I find it a bit slow to bootup so I tend not to use it as much.
