Snap2Face will grab people's Facebook photos and set them as your contact pictures on your phone, if you wish. It's what I've done. (Except for a few cases... sometimes it won't link two contacts with the same name, or will fail to download a picture). After this, sync to your outlook contacts and they'll be backed up for good!
