I don't know if there is such a program, however, if it's out there someone on this forum will know. Getting to your question about the contacts, just go into your sync options(the ones for your company,) take out the features you don't want sync'd and there you go. Scrolling for your friends in touchflo 3D is very much efficient, you just need to speed it up some if it's not fast enough for your liking. If that is the case, then go here
