I've done this before and cannot remember how I fixed it, so hopefully someone can help. I was helping out another member and changed to military time in regional settings. That worked just fine. My problem is that I cannot get it to switch back to regular time. I keep changing the setting back but the time format will not toggle. I am on a stock Sprint ROM. I vaguely remember this happening when I was messing with the settings a while back, but I can't remember for the life of me what I did to finally get it to change back.

Edit: I fixed it. I had to delete the value from each field (divider, am, pm) and re-enter it. That finally got it to toggle back to regular time.
