I would make sure to take your bat out and have the phone off obviously while you are cleaning. He also said to make sure you take canned air to the port to make sure it's dry right after you are done brushing. Gives this a shot, similar issues hopefully that will take care of it. Good luck

yeah on my laptop im getting it to charge but its not letting me sync and no allowing me to use 2.0..but on another computer it works fine...i wonder what it could be...
