I have a new Mogul, new service with Sprint.

I can send SMS fine to Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T.

I can receive SMS only from Sprint. If I send an SMS from Verizon, I get network error. If I send an SMS from T-Mobile or AT&T it just is not received.

I'm thinking there's some piece missing in my programming either in the phone or in the "network". Has anyone seen this before?
