so i called my friend at a verizon retail store and he said to call verizon's 800 number. i did that and i went to technical support and i asked if there was a windows mobile 6.1 update for the xv6900. the guy told me to go to
http://support.vzw.com/phones/ . so i did then he said to choose verizon wireless from the drop down menu then to click on my phone, the xv6900. then he said to click software update under downloads and i did
