I've only looked into it a tiny bit, but how do I set the phone & Outlook up to automatically switch sound profiles when I'm "busy" in an appointment?

I swear I remember it being really straightforward on my old Blackjack, but I don't even see anything for sound profiles on my TP, other than the Manilla app that doesn't have much in the line of customization.
