I added a cartoon channel for my kid to watch, it did not have a price listed as the others did, so I thought it was free. I didn't have to click to agree to a subscribed price.
Had to call then the next month when I was charged, they removed the charge and the channel. I can't get to my content from their site. It says I must activate through Sprint Music Store on my phone, which I no longer have on the phone.
