Well,

I found the answer myself, I'll post it in case it's useful for somebody. I left the memory scan from 0140:0000 and typed 999999999 as length; a few hours later it sent an error, but it found 12 possible codes. The working one was on addresses:

721012 - located at: 016A:1F23
721012 - located at: 01A9:4F7B
721012 - located at: 01A9:E133
721012 - located at: 01AB:638D

All these addresses had the same code.
