Very well known issue. Also, if you're gonna get the 6800 replaced with another one then make sure it is brand new, I got a refurb which was nothing but junk and came with a white spot. They don't care about it, I know it is stupid but they let phones that are half way done pass the the refurb test. The last replacment I got didn't have the white spot but got it after a week or two. I am keeping it though because only God knows what can be wrong with the next one I get...
