Like you, I have a ton of apps installed, but I never have that happen even with 3-4 open at the same time. I see you are using wkTASK. Do they initially show on the task bar and then close out when you open another app?
You may need to troubleshoot for a conflicting program. If you don't want to hard reset and reinstall individually, try using a task manager like dotfred. It will allow you to suspend individual processes to see if there is a conflict.
