Just discovered this today, if it is all ready posted forgive me, if you go to outlook or text messaging center and hole the 'H' key it opens a dialog box with keyboard shortcuts. I like the D-delete key it's much faster. Check it out if you already know I am sorry for bringing it up but if you didn't know let me know what you think.
