Visible - as in with a netbios name for file/printer sharing? I don't think there's any way to get it to announce itself to a browse master server.
On the other hand, there's the domain enrollment if you have a
Windows Device Manager server on your network. That might be something to check out. With it, you may be able to connect to your home network both by wifi and cellular.
