After you install the cab file....... soft reset the phone. little button by the microphone with the stylus. then you will have picture mail.... to use it.. you will have to go to messaging, the top left button on the phone.... then click menu--> new--> picture mail. thenit will configure for your device and then everything is pretty straight forward from there. let me know if you need more assistance.
