Oh man. I finally found a solution, for a price.
I was able to delete the sprint account and arcsoft account (im guessing this will get rid of botched Seven installs also) from touch flo with sktools..
Choose category "All", on the bottom of the page you will find
Delete PIM Information,
mark phantom account, Delete Account,
"Are you sure?"
Yes,
2nd "Are you sure? ...Stop"
No
