Neither of these lay files worked for me. The only keys that worked had all the "mapping" fields populated (eg: shift, option, cycle). So I edited the file for each letter to add a capital letter to the "option" column. Now every key works on my Sprint HTC Touch Pro. lay file attached. -Rename .txt to .lay after download.
