Sprint P6850/P6950 World-mode capable? (GSM Capabilities?)

I'm looking through the specs of the MSM7501 and I keep running acoss the radio feaures on several sites that the Raphael 800, which is operated by the Qualcomm MSM7501A chipset. I see something very interesting. Quadband GSM. All specs sites say that the MSM7501A chipset supports quadband GSM.

So my question is, is it enabled? If not, why not?

This would make some sense, as when I had issues with my Sprint Diamond, which is essentially the same phone, Sprint Customer Service was wanting to send me to the World Phone department.

If this is true, it's pretty exciting, especially for those of us who travel to Europe.

Oh, check this link, it's from Qualcomm's chipset spec sheet. Save it.
